This book BEGS to be made into a movie! All of the characters are so realistic, and anyone who has lived in a small town will recognize their counterparts. I was less interested in the drug plot. I found Neely to be a strong female protagonist who perseveres. Ms. LeMon was able to convey the beauty and pain of a true love that cannot be. It would make a strong film.Product details

Page turner - couldn't put it down!
Fantastic story combining a little truth and a little fiction. I love a story that keeps me engaged and this story did that. I read it over 24 hours.
Since it took place in my hometown and knew the characters in her book was well written had supense, romance and danger.
True and False story of our town, not called Summerville.

Cornbread Mafia is definitely a page turner that I simply couldn't put down. The intriguing plot & array of interesting characters are unforgettable. The writing itself is superb! This has the makings of a great movie & a sequel would be delicious....I truly look forward to future novels by this captivating & impressive author!!
